This Privacy Policy explains how E-Not ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our web application.
1. Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide when signing up (email address, name and profile photo if you use a social login) and the business data you enter in the app, such as suppliers, products, campaigns and notes. We also store basic technical data required to keep the service secure and available.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used to operate the service: authenticating you, storing and displaying your records, applying your plan limits, processing subscriptions and providing support. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your business records for advertising.
3. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. We never receive or store your full card details. We only store a payment reference and your plan status.
4. Storage, security and retention
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and access rules that restrict each record to the account that created it. We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time, after which your records are removed within 30 days, except where we must retain billing records by law.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the support email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language and theme. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
