Refund Policy
Last updated: 13 Aug 2026
This Refund Policy explains when payments made to E-Not are eligible for a refund and how to request one. It applies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed individually. As a rule, you are eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of your first purchase, or if a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service as described. Refunds are not available for partially used renewal periods, except where required by law.
2. Subscription refunds
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually. If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, we will normally refund the full amount. Renewals are refunded only in exceptional cases — for example, an accidental renewal you report within 7 days, before any meaningful use of PRO features in the new period.
3. How to request a refund
Email destekenot@gmail.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject "Refund request" and your Paddle order or subscription reference. We review requests within 3 business days; if approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
4. When the service does not work as described
If E-Not does not work as described — for example, core features such as saving records or syncing your data fail for an extended period and we cannot fix them — contact support within 14 days of purchase. Where the fault is confirmed, we issue a full or partial refund through Paddle. This is in addition to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
5. Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals: you keep PRO access until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further payments are taken. A refund returns money for a payment already made. Cancelling alone does not automatically create a refund — the two are handled separately.
6. Subscription renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Profile → Subscription or through Paddle's customer portal; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Paddle also sends a reminder before annual renewals, so you can cancel in time.
7. Payments are processed by Paddle
All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record: Paddle appears on your statement, collects the payment and handles taxes. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method; depending on your bank, the credit can take 5–10 business days to appear.
8. Contact us about refunds
For any question about a refund — status, eligibility or a missing credit — email destekenot@gmail.com and include your Paddle order reference so we can locate your payment quickly. You can also reach Paddle directly via paddle.net using the receipt link in your purchase email.
