These Terms of Service govern your use of the E-Not web application. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
E-Not is a workspace for e-commerce sellers to record suppliers, products, stock notes, campaigns and notes. We provide the service on an ongoing basis and may improve or change features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the content you store. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and must not use the service for unlawful purposes or to store content you have no right to store.
3. Plans, billing and renewals
A free plan with usage limits is available. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Lemon Squeezy and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access to Premium features continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
If the service does not work as described, contact support within 14 days of purchase and we will review your case and, where appropriate, issue a refund through the payment provider.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data, and do not resell the service without written permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Your data and availability
You keep ownership of the data you enter. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
7. Changes, termination and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. You may close your account at any time. For any question about these terms, use the support address below.
